Upstairs/Entrance Level:  The house has a recently renovated kitchen, indoor dining seating 14, bar area, large open-plan lounge with large glass sliding doors opening onto the sea-facing patio with large outdoor tables. There is a separate patio and braai area at the garden side of the house. Stairs lead down to the pool and garden and then onto the beach via the beach path.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs.
There is one bedroom on one level down and then there are another two guest bedrooms downstairs. The 6’th bedroom is an open-plan teen room with X2 bunk beds.

Accommodation & facility check list:
* The Swimming Pool does has a pool fence but no safety net.
* Linen, Bath and Pool/Beach Towels provided.
* Wi-Fi.
* Strictly no pets allowed.
* Non-smoking.
* Beach Equipment: X4 folding beach chairs, X 1 beach umbrella.
* Weber Braai and X1 Built-in Braai for charcoal or wood.
* TV with DSTV included in the rental.
* Kitchen is fully equipped: 4 plate Gas + 2 Electric Hob & X1 SMEG Oven, X1 Coffee Machine, Microwave and Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier.
* Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles behind closed gate.

Booking and Payment Terms:
* Mandatory Cleaning lady to work at R350.00 per weekday. If there are more than 8 guests at any time, a second lady must also work. Wages are excluded from the rental.
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
