The driveway leads up to the double garage with a landscaped garden and deck on your right. Enter into the open plan living area with kitchen and dining table. The lounge has a big screen TV with DSTV and a cosy wood burning fireplace. Doors lead out to the covered decked patio with outdoor dining table which overlooks the swimming pool and garden. A few stairs lead to the pool and garden which are sunny with views of the fynbos and farmland.
The indoor dining table seats 6 and the outdoor seats 6. There are two sun loungers available for use at the pool.
