Groundfloor: Driveway with parking for two vehicles. Enter into the entrance with a sofa and TV. To the right are two bedrooms. Stairs lead up to the main living area – large open-plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Doors lead out onto the wrap-around patio with gas braai, outdoor dining table and patio furniture. Down a few stairs to the large pool deck with wooden sun-loungers. There are two guest bedroom on this level. Staircase leads up to the master bedroom with dressing area, sitting and desk area with a small balcony.
