Amazing Location!   Right across the road from the Poortjies Lagoon. This double story holiday house offers a lovely enclosed garden with a solar heated swimming pool surrounded by a decked area and lovely views of the lagoon from the top-floor.

There are two guest bedrooms downstairs with a tv lounge and doors leading to the patio. Upstairs is the main and second guest bedroom, open-plan living area and lagoon and sea-facing deck.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles. From the driveway, enter into the downstairs TV lounge (with smart TV) & DSTV included in the rental). Glass aluminum-framed doors open up onto the covered decked patio and pool area with outdoor dining table, swimming pool, Weber braai and garden.
There is a separate laundry downstairs.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 and guest toilet are downstairs.

UPSTAIRS: Open-plan living area with TV lounge and fireplace, indoor dining seating 6 and kitchen. Doors lead from the lounge onto the decked patio with lovely views.
The Main Bedroom upstairs has lovely views of the lagoon towards Lookout Beach and the Robberg Peninsula in the  distance. The decked patio offers a day bed with cushions and an outdoor

· DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental. Full DSTV premium, Netflix, Showmax and BritBox.
· Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge& freezer combo and microwave.
· 5 Plate Gas hob and electric oven.
· Laundry is equipped with washing machine & tumble drier.
· Weber braai available and outdoor wooden dining table.
·  There is a pool safety net for the pool, please confirm at time of booking should you need it fitted.
· There is a baby camp cot and high chair available if needed.
· Parking for three vehicles behind closed gates, uncovered and in front of garage area. (The garage is locked and used as a store).
·  X2 Single Canoes available for use.
· No pets allowed.
· Strictly non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
· The house is solar powered for load-shedding. Essential appliances – fridge/freezer, Wi-Fi, TVs and lights.
· Due to the sailing wire on the upstairs patio/deck, care must be taken for children under 7.
· The house has an alarm system (internal and exterior beams) & the property is enclosed from the street
with fencing and a motorized gate. There is also a security camera in the street which is monitored.
