Doors lead from bedrooms and living areas onto the covered patio which overlooks the swimming pool and garden. This is fully enclosed and private.

Patio is equipped with a built-in braai as well as a weber braai, outdoor dining table, ample patio furniture and has a sunken seating area at the pool (all with cushions).  There’s an outside hot & cold shower at the deck area.

Main Bedroom:  King extra length bed, with TV connected to DSTV and en-suite bathroom: Toilet & Bath. Doors lead onto a small garden area. Ceiling fan & underfloor heating in bathroom.

Bedroom 4: King extra length bed and en-suite bathroom (Toilet & Shower). This room cannot be accessed from the house but by the doors on the pool deck. There is a ceiling fan.
