Enter into the open-plan living area: Kitchen, TV lounge and indoor dining seating 10. Off the living area is a separate spacious entertainment and bar area with large flat-screen TV and airconditioner. Doors lead out to the patio, pool and garden. This is fully enclosed and has a built in braai – both gas and wood.

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms upstairs inlcuding the master bedrooms with another bedroom downstairs.
Upstairs:
Main – Bedroom 1:  King sized bed with airconditioner, balcony, smart TV and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds and doors to a balcony.
Family Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: Queen bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath with handshower, Shower and Toilet.
Guest Toilet.

Checklist:

Mandatory cleaning lady to work 4 days per week. Her wages are included in the rate.
Property is secure with external security beams and camera.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels.
Double garage parking and off-road parking for another 2 vehicles.
Access to property via remote controlled gate.
X3 TV’s available.
Uncapped internet at 200mbps. X2 routers available.
Kitchen equipped with: X1 6 plate gas hob and electric oven. X1 Fridge (with chest freezer in the garage).
Scullery: Ice machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Entertainment Lounge: Bar seating 5, big screen TV and fridge/freezer combo. Airconditioning. Speakers.
Braai: Firepit and 1 built-in braai with gas and wood.

For those with allergies: The owners do have X1 cat and 2 dogs but will not be on site during any rentals.
