The kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate gas hob and eye level electric oven, built-in fridge/freezer combo, Nespresso Coffee machine (large pods).

There are two pedestrian gates from the estate, one to the shopping centre and one to the boardwalk and path to the beach.
The shopping centre offers Delia’s Deli and Restaurant, Checkers, Dischem, a beauty salon, barber, bottle store and retail stores.
Please note that there is one private locked storeroom downstairs which is excluded from the rental.
