Bedroom 4: X2 Single and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
The 4’th bedroom has its own entrance door, private patio and open-plan living area: this has a kitchenette, TV lounge area and dining for 2. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, X2 plate elect cooker, microwave, X1 Fridge/Freezer combo.
There are wall-panel heaters in the bedrooms.

- The pool does not have a pool safety net and fence. Not suitable for small children.

- The house is equipped with an inverter.
- The kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate electric cooking hob and electric oven, one fridge/freezer combo and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine, ice-machine and microwave.
- Single remote controlled garage parking and driveway for 2-3 vehicles.
