In a residential area, the home is set on two levels but is cosy enough for one couple or a small family. Enjoy the close proximity to Robberg Beach, and the beautiful sea views from the top entertainment living area.
On the street level, enter the gate and drive up the driveway and entrance. Stairs lead up to the First Floor which is the living areas, bedrooms and pool and patio.
At the top of the stairs there is the main living area. To your right is a TV lounge and to your left, another lounge, the bar, kitchen and dining room.
There are three front facing bedrooms. Another two bedrooms can be available and these two are facing the back.
There is a sitting room with large glass doors leading onto the covered patio with outdoor braais, – a gas, built in a charcoal and a patio dining table seating 6.
The modern kitchen is well equipped. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 10.
All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: X2 Single Beds made as a King sized bed with a door leading onto the patio. There is a full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Basin and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: X1 Queen bed with views and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Basin and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed with views.
Family Bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

Accommodation Check-List:
Mandatoy cleaning to work once a week from 8.30am to 3:30pm at R400.00 per day.
Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Remote controlled entrance gate. Driveway parking for 2. The garage is excluded from the rental.
TV lounges: X1 Smart TV with dual DSTV and another flat-screen TV with DSTV.
Kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate electric hob, electric oven, Fridge/Freezer combo. Nespresso coffee pod machine, Microwave, Air fryer, Dishwasher.
There is an icemachine at the bar as well as a small drink’s fridge.
Beach Equipment: Cooler box, beach umbrella and beach chairs.
Laundry: The separate laundry downstairs offers a top-loader washing machine, tumble dryer.
There are another two guest bedrooms that can be available – bedrooms 4 and 5.
