Just a few minute’s to Plett’s beautiful beaches, boutique shops and a variety of restaurants to choose from and right next door to Plett’s country Club and golf course.
The driveway leads to the parking, garage and main entrance. There is enough parking for up to 6 vehicles.
Stairs lead up to the front door – or you can access the house directly from the garage.
From the main entrance, you have lovely sea views and a spacious open-plan living area, with a sitting room, indoor dining and kitchen. Large glass doors lead onto the spacious seafacing patio with outdoor patio table and lovely views of the sea, Robberg and Valley. There is another outdoor patio on the North side, which has bench style seating. There are two main bedrooms upstairs.
Stairs lead down to the 4 guest bedrooms, spacious TV lounge, swimming pool, patio and braai area.
The outdoor patio has a large outdoor dining table, large gas braai, a day bed and sun umbrella and sunloungers. There is an electronic stair lift from one from the top floor to the ground floor.

Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Seaviews. Doors lead onto the sea facing patio. There is one pull out single wooden bed.
Separate guest toilet.
Downstairs: There are 4 guest bedrooms. One has it’s own entrance door.
Bedroom 3: Double Bed and ensuite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet. Sea views and doors lead out onto the pool and patio. There is one pull out single wooden bed.
Bedroom 4: X2 3/4 Beds and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Sea views and doors lead out onto the patio and pool.
Bedroom 5: This is perfect for independent teens or guests as it has it’s own entrance door as well as being accessible from directly inside the house. King sized bed with smart TV, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 6: Perfect for independent teens and this has it’s own entrance door. X2 Single beds with doors opening onto the seafacing patio and pool. TV and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

The swimming is equipped with an electrical heat pump.
The pool has no safety net and no safety fence – please note for families with young children.
X6 Beach Chairs, X1 Beach umbrella provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate gas hob and electric oven. Microwave, Coffee Machine and Fridge/Freezer combo.
The scullery has a dishwasher.
The garage is equipped with one fridge/freezer combo and one chest freezer. Washing machine and drier.
The upstairs lounge has a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor patio table and sun-umbrella.
The downstairs lounge has a large smart TV and fixed DSTV decoder.
