- Bed linen, bath and pool towels provided.
- Mandatory cleaning lady to work one day per week. Her rate is excluded from the rental.
- The property is equipped with an alarm system and is in an estate with electric fencing and access control.
- Smart TV is connected to the Wi-Fi. Tenants to use their own log-in details to access the apps – DSTV, Apple TV, Prime, etc.
- Parking for 2-3 vehicles on the driveway. The garage is used as a store for the braai, gardening tools and some of the owner’s items.
- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, 5 plate gas hob, eye-level oven, eye-level convection microwave oven, air-frier, Nespresso coffee machine and prep-bowl.
