All on one level, enjoy the enclosed garden, North-facing living room and spacious patio. Enter into the open-plan living area from the entrance hall. To the left is the TV room and a laundry. The bedrooms are on the right.
The open-plan living area has a kitchen, indoor dining and light filled sitting room. Doors lead out onto the patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai overlooking the garden.

Main bedroom: There are two steps down into the main bedroom. Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom: Bath and Toilet. Doors open onto the patio.
