The driveway leads up to the garage. This leads directly into the house. The front door is around the right side of the property. Doors open to the small courtyard and front door. Stairs lead up to the front door. There is one guest bedroom on the left which is accessed from the courtyard – up a few stairs. Enter through the front door into the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area.
Doors lead from the kitchen to the north-facing covered patio with pool, braai, and outdoor area. The entertainment area has an outdoor dining table seating 8, a gas Weber braai, and a splash swimming pool with stone-clad walling. There is a small herb garden.
Frameless stacking doors open up from the dining area and sun room, which has a TV and fireplace and views of the valley, mountains, and sea. The indoor dining table seats 12. To the left of the dining area is a separate sitting room, “the Karoo Room.”
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a scullery.
BEDROOMS:
Main Bedroom: King Extra Length bed with En-Suite bathrooms: Bath, Shower, Toilet, and outside shower with views. LCD TV.
Bedroom 2: X2 Extra-Length Single beds with ¾ duvets (can be made up as a King—please confirm when booking). En-suite bathroom: Shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3: This is a self-contained bedroom with a separate entrance. It has a King-Extra-Long Bed, LCD TV, kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, Shower, and toilet. The doors lead to a small courtyard with another door.
Guest Toilet.
ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST:
- Mandatory cleaning lady, is included in the rate daily for weekdays only. Her hours are from 08.30 until 3 pm (Mondays to Fridays) and until 2 pm on Fridays.
- 2 sets of Percale bed Linen, bath, and 6 swimming towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels
- Swivel LCD large screen TV, Premium DSTV, Sound system with Paradigm speakers.
- 20 Meg Wi-Fi, separate Telkom Line.
- Cooking: SMEG 6 plate gas hob and oven. Le Creuset cookware.

- No pets allowed as per the estate rules. The owners have two small dogs who will not be in residence during your stay, please note for those with allergies.
