Entrance to the front Door is via a wooden Staircase from the Parking/Driveway.
Enter into the Entrance Hall.
To the left is the open-plan Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area with a reading lounge.
To the right are 3 Bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has its own access door and is separate.
The outdoor entertainment area is to the front which is in an enclosed sunny Courtyard with a Swimming Pool and outdoor dining table and Weber braai.
Spacious open-plan Living Area with double-volume ceilings, Dining Table, TV Lounge, and Kitchen is spacious and has a double volume ceiling.
The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DSTV Decoder.
The indoor Dining Table seats 8.

- Booking and Payment Terms:
- Rates exclude the once-off booking fee of R500.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
- Availability upon confirmation at the time of booking.
- Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
