Single-story holiday home with swimming pool, Wi-Fi, and sea views – great for family summer holidays. Brackenridge Private Estate – conveniently located next to the Plett Country Club and a quick drive to Central Beach. A few minutes to restaurants, restaurants, and Kwik-Spar. ±4km to Central Beach.
The driveway leads up to the entrance and parking behind the garage. Enter from the front door into the courtyard area. There is one guest bedroom on the left which is access from the courtyard. The courtyard has an outdoor dining table seating 6. Enter through the front door into the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is a separate TV lounge on the right.
Large glass stacking doors open onto the covered patio – outdoor dining table seating up to 10 with gas Weber braai and fire-pit overlooking the pool and views of the sea.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a scullery. The indoor dining seats 8. The main bedroom is front-facing and offers sea views.
BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms on the right of the house – the main one which is sea-facing.
Main Bedroom: King bed with sliding door to garden with sea views. En-suite bathrooms: Bath, Shower, Toilet, and outside shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed: En-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet.
Bedroom 3: Double Bed: En-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet
Bedroom 4: This is accessed from the internal courtyard. X2 Single beds. En-suite Bathroom: Shower & Toilet.
Guest Toilet.
ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST:
- The house is equipped with an inverter that runs the lights, TV and plugs but not major appliances, oven, washing machine, etc.
- One cleaning lady, who knows the house available on request. Her rate is excluded from the booking.
- Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming and beach towels and beach equipment.
- Flat-screen TV & DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
- Kitchen equipped with X1 Fridge Freezer combo, X1 Nespresso Machine, Microwave.
- Cooking: SMEG 5 plate gas hob and separate oven.
- Wi-Fi is available in some areas. This is capped to 20GB per month. This service is provided by Telkom.
- Scullery: Dishwasher, Washing machine & Tumble Drier.
- Gas Weber braai on patio and fire-pit on the lawn.
- Single garage parking may be available on request.
- No pets allowed.
