Lovely light and neat self-catering holiday apartment in the Santini Complex. This top-floor apartment offers lovely views of the mountains, the bowling green and distant sea views. Only a few minutes to the beaches and main street. 3 kms to the beach. 2.2 km to shops. Inverter for Wi-Fi, TV, DSTV and basic use (phone charging).

Footpath leads from the parking areas, then up 2 flight of stairs to the front gate and door. Enter into the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge (with TV & DSTV). The dining table inside seats 6 with wooden bench seating. Doors open onto the open patio area with Weber braai and patio table seating 4 (Plastic with cushions). Bedroom 2 leads out onto the same patio. There is one parking area in the front and one at the back.

BEDROOMS:

Main Bedroom: X2 Single Beds with King linen and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Lots of built-in cupboards.

Bedroom 2: X2 Single beds. Built-in cupboards.  A door leads onto the patio.

Family Bathroom: Shower & Toilet.

All bedrooms have cosy blankets for winter.

  • DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, x1 fridge & freezer and X1 portable gas cooker.
  • 4 plate Electric Hob and Electric oven.
  • Weber Braai on patio.
  • There is an inverter which runs the TV, DSTV, the standing fan and can charge phones.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Non-smoking property, please smoke outside.
  • Parking: One car-port parking available (69). One uncovered designated parking at the front (number 45).
  • The wash-line at the bottom of the stairs in the complex is communal.
  • X1 Electronic safe (laptop size) available for use.
  • Santini has access control with one electronic gate at the top of Bowtie.
