ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST:
- Penthouse is located at Sun Centre corner of Main Street and Church Street
- The property is equipped with a fixed inverter which will run all the lights, wifi, tv and plugs except for the geysers and one set of plugs in the kitchen (the oven, washing machine, drier and dishwasher).
- Thandi, the cleaning lady is included in the rental for weekdays (excluding public holidays). Her hours are from 8.30am until 3pm. Kindly provide Thandi with tea/coffee and a light meal for lunch.
- Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
- Wifi is provided throughout the apartment with extenders. The wifi is uncapped and at ±50mbps.
- Lounge equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime as well as a DSTV decoder available & included in rental.
- Kitchen equipped with: Nespresso Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier. X2 Fridge/Freezer Combos.
- Cooking facilities: 4 plate gas with separate eye-level oven. Microwave.
