Enter the home directly from the driveway to the main living and entertainment area. Perfect for families who don’t like stairs as all the bedrooms and living, pool, and the entertainment area is on one level.
You can access the house from the parking downstairs on the street level up a staircase. The living area has a TV lounge, indoor dining and kitchen all facing the enclosed and private plunge pool and entertainment area. Stacking doors open up onto the deck. The indoor dining seats 10. At the back there is a fireplace with a large outdoor table seating 10-12 and a sunbed – great for entertaining or if the kids need their own chill space.
A spiral staircase leads up onto the viewing deck which has the best sunsets. Escape to have an afternoon nap or read a book in the hammock. The pool and firepit area is decked and has a built-in sauna. There is a portable weber braai for you to use.
Just before the main bedroom is an open-plan area which could have King sized bed for overflow guests or teens. This area has no doors and is open-plan.
From here, this leads to the spacious Main bedroom with a separate dressing area and full en-suite bathroom.
Doors lead out to the covered outdoor lounge, sauna, decked pool and firepit.
There are two bedrooms to the right of the kitchen each with their own bathroom and the 4’th bedroom is to the left of the kitchen also with it’s own bathroom – this doubles up as the guest toilet.
Bedrooms: All beds are extra-length.
Main bedroom: King-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Double Basin, Toilet. There is a Juliette balcony overlooking the Jument/Stableford greenbelt. Doors lead out onto the patio and pool area.
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed and bathroom: Shower and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with being fan and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: King-sized bed with TV with Smart TV connection and open-plan bathroom: Shower and dressing area with separate toilet.
Office area: X1 King-sized bed on request.

AMENITIES AND CHECKLIST:
- Bed linen, bath, and pool towels provided.
- Cleaning lady to work 3 days per week. Her rates are included for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Her hours are from 08.15/08.30 to 2 pm. Please provide her with light meal and refreshments. You will need to let her in, in the mornings.

- Beach equipment: Cooler bag, X4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and one blow-up SUP.
- Property is equipped with an inverter.
- The property is equipped with an alarm system and a remote-controlled gate. Parking for 1 under the carport and another one directly behind the first car.
- Off-street parking for 4 in the driveway downstairs.
- The pool has a safety net. Please confirm at time of booking if you need it fitted.
The stairs and spiral staircase to the viewing deck is not suited to young children. The garden area is decked and has indigenous plants – no lawn. - The kitchen is equipped with a 5-plate gas hob electric oven, Nespresso machine, Ice maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher. There are X2 full fridge/freezer combos.
- The bar counter in the lounge has a drink bar fridge.
- The washing machine and tumbler dryer are in the laundry.
- Please note: For those with allergies. The owners have two cats and one dog. The house will be cleaned and the pets will be with the owners on holiday but there may be trace elements from the pets.
