This well maintained and spacious holiday home is set on three levels, perfect for one large family of multi- generations to share. The estate has two beach gates leading onto Robberg Beach. Tucked away in the Robberg corner, this holiday home is sheltered and offers sunny seaside living in a very exclusive security estate.
The driveway and Main living level: The remoted-controlled gates open onto the driveway and parking with a triple garage parking. Enter directly into the home from the garage or the front door.
This is the main living area, with the TV lounge, indoor dining table (seating 14) with a wine store, the kitchen which all look onto the covered outdoor patio with a gas braai, outdoor dining table and patio suite and the large decked pool area – all with lovely views of the sea. There are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom on this level.
The stairs lead up to the top floor: There are another three bedrooms: one main bedroom and two guest bedrooms as well as a TV lounge and coffee station – also with lovely views. Doors lead out onto the seafacing balcony.
From the main level: Stairs lead down to the bottom floor which has the 7’th bedroom, and a games room as well as a separate room with a dart-board and ping-pong table. There is an enclosed lawn area here. Perfect for independent teens who need their space.

Bedroom 1: King sized bed in a spacious bedroom with lovely views of the sea and mountains, an airconditioner and full en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Bath with handshower, Full freestanding Shower, Double Basin and separate toilet.
These two bedrooms are near each other and both face onto a courtyard.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, doors lead onto both the courtyard and a balcony. En-suite bathroom: Shower, Toilet and Basin.
Bedroom 3: X2 3/4 beds with a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom: Shower, Toilet and Basin.
TOP FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: Another master bedroom with lovely views of the sea and mountains. King sized bed and full en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Bath, Shower, Double Basin and separate toilet.
Bedroom 5: Also with seaviews: Double bed with ceiling fan and a door leading to the baloncy.
Bedroom 6: Double bed and ceiling fan.

This room has a game’s room: Pool table, basic gym equipment and yoga mat.
PROPERTY CHECK LIST:
- The estate is a security estate and has access control. The house is equipped with an alarm system with external security beams.
- Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
- The house is equipped with an inverter with 4 backup batteries.
- Mandatory cleaning lady, who is familiar with the house, to work weekdays. Her rate is included in the rental. A second cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from the rental. Weekends and public holidays are optional and extra.
- Wi-Fi and DSTV included. The TV in the lounge is a smart TV and has a sound bar connected.
- The swimming pool is open and has no safety net nor safety fence. Not suited to babies and or toddlers who are unable to swim unaided.
- The Kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven. One fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
- There is a wine store with one wine fridge.
- There is a chest freezer in the garage.
- There are two sunloungers for use at the pool and one sun umbrella. More sunloungers can be provided at time of booking. Please confirm before arrival.
- The patio has a gas braai.
- The laundry is in the garage area with a washing machine and tumble drier.
- Parking: Garage parking for three vehicles and driveway parking for another 2-3.
- Please note that there is one private room which is locked and excluded from the rental and a cupboard under the stairs which is locked and excluded from the rental as well one hallway cupboard upstairs.
