Enter the house from the natural garden into the double-volume open-plan living, dining and kitchen.

Large sliding doors lead out onto the spacious entertainment area with a pool and landscaped garden.

Undercover and furnished braai/bbq area overlooks the lawn and swimming pool. There are cushioned sun-loungers to enjoy around the pool.

The main lounge area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Full DSTV, and cosy fireplace. The indoor dining table seats 8. There is another dining area which seats 10-12 outside and undercover.

There is a kids’ play room with a TV connected to independent satellite TV (Full DSTV)

Guest bedrooms 3 and 4 are downstairs.

BEDROOMS:

Main Bedroom: The spacious bedroom is upstairs, offers views of the sea, wild side and the Robberg Nature Reserve.

King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, and Toilet. Large glass sliding doors open up onto the balcony with views.

Bedroom 2: Upstairs. X2 Bunk beds – sleeping 4 children in total. En-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet.

Bedroom 3: King sized bed with door leading out to patio and small indigenous garden.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single beds with a door leading out to a patio and small garden.

Bathroom: This is for bedrooms 3 and 4 downstairs to share. Bath, Toilet and an outside shower.

There is a guest toilet downstairs.

ACCOMMODATION & FACILITY CHECKLIST

  • Due to the high value and quality and furnishings in this property, a minimum breakage deposit of R20 000 is required or 20% of the total rental.
  • The house is equipped with a fixed inverter.
  • Wi-Fi uncapped provided and included in the booking.
  • Mandatory cleaning lady Cynthia to work weekdays. Her wages are included in the rate. Week-ends and public holidays are optional and extra. Should there be more than 6 occupants, a second cleaning lady is to be employed weekdays. Her rate is excluded from the rate.
  • Bed linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
  • DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Cooking: Equipped with 5 plate gas hob and X2 electric ovens. X2 Fridges – one in the kitchen and one in the scullery/pantry. X1 is a fridge freezer combo. Microwave, Nespresso machine.
  • Scullery: Dishwasher.
  • Garage houses the washing machine and tumble drier.
  • Built-in Braai on patio.
  • X1 Garage parking (opens with remote).
  • Non-smoking home, please smoke outside
  • Underfloor heating available on request and at time of booking.
