5 Bedrooms/4 Bathrooms – SLEEPS 8     Great for family holidays – great location to Central Beach and ±220 meters to Kwik-Spar.  ±1km to Central Beach and ±750 meters to Robberg 5 Beach.  Double story house suited to one family sharing with swimming pool and enclosed garden and braai area.

DOWNSTAIRS:   Enter into the open-plan TV lounge, dining area with reading nook and a separate kitchen and scullery.

Large glass sliding doors lead to the covered patio with built in braai overlooking the garden and down to the pool area.

Light and contemporary open-plan living area – flat screen TV and full DSTV included. The dining table seats 6-8.

There are distant views of the sea from areas downstairs. There are three bedrooms downstairs (Bedroom 3 is down a few stairs from the passage) while the main bedroom and one guest bedroom is upstairs.  A wooden staircase leads up to the spacious main bedroom and offers views of the sea and over the garden and pool area.  There is a small study area on the landing.

 

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

Main Bedroom: King with open-plan bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

Bedroom 2: X1 Single bed and ensuite bathroom: Shower & Toilet. * This is suited to a child.

Bedroom 3: X2 Single Wooden beds OR pushed together and can be converted to a King bed with a wooden board and King Mattress en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single beds (wooden framed kids beds)

Bedroom 5: X1 Single bed

Family bathroom: Bath with overhead Shower and Toilet

 

 

ACCOMMODATION AND AMENETIES CHECK LIST:

 

  • Kitchen: equipped with 4 plate gas hob and separate oven (electric).
  • Fridge/freezer combo.
  • Washing machine and dishwasher in scullery.
  • Braai: there is a built-in wood braai with grid.
  • Full DSTV in lounge.
  • Mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays and week-ends. These days are optional and extra. Week-day wages are excluded from the rate.
  • Outside shower with hot and cold water.
  • Security: alarm system, and enclosed property with electric gate. There is a palisade fence in the front and to the right there is a low mesh fence and gate to the neighboring property.
  • The garage is excluded from the rental as it is a private store room. However there is off road parking for one to two vehicles.
  • Bed linen, bath and ONE set of beach towels.
  • Strictly no smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • The owners have X1 small dog and cat but they will not be in residence. The cat may pop in from time to time. ** Important for those with allergies.
