Large glass sliding doors lead to the covered patio with built in braai overlooking the garden and down to the pool area.
Light and contemporary open-plan living area – flat screen TV and full DSTV included. The dining table seats 6-8.
There are distant views of the sea from areas downstairs. There are three bedrooms downstairs (Bedroom 3 is down a few stairs from the passage) while the main bedroom and one guest bedroom is upstairs. A wooden staircase leads up to the spacious main bedroom and offers views of the sea and over the garden and pool area. There is a small study area on the landing.

ACCOMMODATION AND AMENETIES CHECK LIST:

- Braai: there is a built-in wood braai with grid.
- Full DSTV in lounge.
- Mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays and week-ends. These days are optional and extra. Week-day wages are excluded from the rate.
- Outside shower with hot and cold water.
- Security: alarm system, and enclosed property with electric gate. There is a palisade fence in the front and to the right there is a low mesh fence and gate to the neighboring property.
- The garage is excluded from the rental as it is a private store room. However there is off road parking for one to two vehicles.
- Bed linen, bath and ONE set of beach towels.
- Strictly no smoking allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- The owners have X1 small dog and cat but they will not be in residence. The cat may pop in from time to time. ** Important for those with allergies.
