Neat and well maintained family holiday home in a quiet area within easy walking distance to Robberg Beach ±200 meters

The property is enclosed. Enter through electronic gates into the driveway and parking area. Double garage opens with a remote.


Enter through the front door into an open-plan TV lounge (with DSTV, DVD player & mini HIFI), dining area (seating 8) with well equipped kitchen and separate scullery equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier.  There’s an extra fridge/freezer combo in the garage for use.


Large sliding door leads out onto the covered patio and braai area overlooking the garden.

There’s an outdoor dining table seating 6-8 and a gas braai.



All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Main Bedroom: Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. TV connected to lounge DSTV.

Bedroom 2:  X 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 3: X 2 Single Beds

Family bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet

The main bedroom and TV lounge share one DSTV connection and are not independent of each other.

There is one locked office which not included in the rental and is unavailable for use.

Please note that only the left-hand side sliding door is able to open. The right-hand side door has been secured and is closed.

Accommodation & facility check list

  • Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
  • There is underfloor heating for use during the winter months. The areas covered are: bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.
  • Mandatory cleaning lady, Angie to work for tenants 3 times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Her wages are not included in the rental. Rate: R220 per day for week-days. Should you require her services on public holidays and week-ends, this is optional and must be discussed with her.
  • Please note for those with allergies: the property owner has dogs which come down with them on holiday.
  • Alarm system – internal security beams.
  • DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier. There’s an extra fridge/freezer combo in the garage.
  • 4 plate Electric Hob and Electric oven.
  • Non-smoking home. Should you smoke, please smoke outside.
  • Built-in gas braai and patio dining table and seating.
  • Double Garage parking (opens with remote).
  •  The property is enclosed and accessed via a remote control motorized gate.
