Street-level: Driveway leads from the street to the parking and garage area. Stairs lead down to the entrance.
Enter into the open-plan TV lounge, Dining and kitchen area – all with sea views. Doors lead out onto the semi-covered braai and patio area with views of the surf and sea. The TV lounge has a flat-screen TV with DSTV and DVD player. The indoor dining table seats 6-8. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are upstairs and sea-facing.
Stairs lead down to the remaining bedrooms, playroom/TV room with bar area – with extra fridge. Doors lead out onto the downstairs patio and garden and beach path. The downstairs TV room/playroom is connected to DSTV (not dual DSTV – same DSTV channel as the upstairs TV).

FLAT-LET: This has its own entrance door – adjacent to the garage/driveway via a staircase leading up to the flat. Open-plan lounge with TV and lovely views. Mini kitchenette – 4 plate electrical hob & oven, fridge/freezer combo. Separate bedroom with Double Bed & ensuite bathroom (Shower & Toilet) Ceiling fan. Lovely sea views.

- DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
- The property is equipped with an alarm system – both internal and outside beams.
- The property is not fully fenced or enclosed.
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge & freezer combo (new 2015) and microwave.
- 4 Plate Electric hob and electric oven.
- Laundry is equipped with washing machine & tumble drier.
- Portable gas braai on the patio with outdoor dining table.
- Double garage parking available (opens with a remote). Driveway parking for another 2 vehicles behind the garage, uncovered, unfenced but off street.
- For cooler months there are oil heaters in the bedrooms .
- Mandatory cleaning lady – to work weekdays excluding public holidays. Her rate is not included in the rental – please pay her R220 per day. Her hours are from 8.00am until 4pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are optional and on request.
