4 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms – (SLEEPS 8) –  Beach front holiday house with direct access to Robberg Beach. The house offers stunning front-row views and enclosed swimming pool and entertainment area.

From the street level: Parking area. Security gate leads into an enclosed courtyard with swimming pool, gas braai and outdoor dining table. To the right is the well equipped kitchen with scullery.

Enter the open-plan lounge, dining table with doors leading onto the decked patio offering stunning sea-views. The verandah is furnished with sofas. The indoor dining table seats 10 to 14.
The outdoor patio table seats 10. There are X2 sun-loungers for use at the swimming pool and another 2 downstairs.
There is a separate small TV lounge off the courtyard. The main bedroom is upstairs while the guest bedrooms are downstairs.

Downstairs:   The stairs lead down to a TV room with doors onto the downstairs sea-facing patio and garden.   There are three guest bedrooms downstairs.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:     

Guest toilet upstairs off from the courtyard.

Upstairs:
Main Bedroom:  King sized bed with views and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and toilet. There is a ceiling fan. Doors lead to the sea-facing patio.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 2:  Queen bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Ceiling fan, views and door to the downstairs patio.

Bedroom 3: X2 Single beds with ceiling fan, doors to patio.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds.

Family Bathroom: For bedrooms 3 & 4 to share: Bath, Shower & Toilet.

 Accommodation & facility check list:

  • Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
  • Wi-Fi included and available.
  • One staff member, is mandatory for weekdays only. Her rate is excluded from the rental at R250 per weekday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are optional and extra.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Children 16+ welcome.  This home is not baby, toddler or small child friendly due to sailing wire railings and the unsecured swimming pool. There is NO safety net and no safety fence.
  • DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental. Dual DSTV decoder (independent channels from upstairs and downstairs)
  • The property is equipped with an alarm system with both internal and external security beams linked to an alarm company.
  • 5 plate gas hob with X2 Defy Thermofan ovens.
  • Kitchen equipped with X2 fridge/freezer combos. Microwave, coffee machine.
  • Scullery: Dishwasher.
  • Laundry facilities in scullery: Washing machine and tumble drier.
  • Gas braai for use only at the pool area and not on the front decked patio.
  • Parking: There is one garage parking available – for regular sized cars – too small for large vans.    Additional parking is behind the garage, off-street, un-fenced and un-covered.
  • Swimming pool has no net and no fence. No babies, no toddlers and no small children who are unable to swim.
  • No pets allowed.  Please note that the owners do bring pets when on holiday – for those with pet allergies.
  • Strictly non-smoking home, please smoke outside
  • This property has stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a locked room which is excluded from the rental. All locked cupboards are excluded from the rental.
