The driveway leads down to the garage and front door. Enter into the light open-plan living area: TV lounge is on your right, the dining table positioned below a skylight and the kitchen to your right.
Glass doors open onto the outdoor living area with outdoor dining table seating 4-5, built-in braai (for charcoal or wood), Gas Weber braai. Views over the valley. The main bedroom is upstairs.
Stairs lead down to the guest bedrooms, study area and kids playroom with a double sleeper couch sleeping 2 children max, swimming pool and garden.
Bedrooms: The main bedroom is upstairs with the two guest bedrooms and kids room are downstairs.
Main Bedroom: King sized bed with memory foam and En-suite bathroom: Bath, Toilet and Shower (Rain head).
Bedroom 2: X1 Queen bed with memory foam, ceiling fan and door leading to the garden and pool area. En-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet
Bedroom 3: X1 Queen bed with memory foam, ceiling fan and door leading to the garden and pool. En-suite bathroom: Bath and Toilet.
Kids Play Room with Double Sleeper couch (sleeping a max of 2 children). * The door is very low.
There is a room to the left which is a storeroom and is excluded from the rental.
Guest toilet upstairs.
Accommodation & facility check list:
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring own swimming/beach towels.
- Mandatory cleaning lady, Babalwa to work weekdays from 08.15-08.15am to 3pm (Mon-Thursdays) 2pm on Fridays. Should you require Babalwa to work after 3 – you would need to assist with transport. Weekends and public holidays are optional and on request only. Babalwa has her own keys and provides her own lunch.
- Flat-screen TV & DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental. Hi-Fi upstairs.
- Wi-Fi. This service is provided by Telkom. Uncapped and 4MEG per second. Current speed – please note that it may slow down during peak season.
- Kitchen equipped with X1 Fridge/Freezer combo, Microwave, Coffee Machine (Nespresso).
- Scullery/Laundry: Dishwasher, Washing machine & Tumble Drier
- Cooking: X1 5 plate gas hob (SMEG) and oven combo.
- Built-in Braai on patio for wood or charcoal and one gas Weber braai.
- Double garage parking.
- One small safe provided for use.
- No pets allowed. Please note for those with allergies, the owners do have a short-haired dog, however she won’t be in residence during your stay.
- Swimming Pool: Has NO net and NO fence. Property not suitable for babies, toddlers and children who are unable to swim.
- Beach Equipment: X2 camping chairs & X2 low chairs, 1 cooler box, 1 beach umbrella and 2 basic boogie boards.
- Please note that there are two storerooms which are excluded from the rental.
- The house is equipped with an alarm system with internal security beams.
- The estate is fenced, has access control and has regular security patrols.
