Situated roughly halfway between the bustling continental Main Street in town and Hobie Beach, is a property that affords the best of both worlds with direct pedestrian beach access or a quick drive to Central beach.

Set on three levels, generous living spaces have large glass sliding doors completely opening up to the sea facing patio.
Top Floor: Street Level and Entrance. A walkway leads to the entrance hall. This opens to a spacious open-plan living area. This level offers lovely sea views. The kitchen is modern with a separate scullery. The indoor dining table is great for entertaining – seating up to 10. The lounge area has a large flatscreen Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi.  The large glass sliding doors open onto the top floor balcony.  There is a large gas braai and outdoor wooden table and benches.

Stairs lead down to:
The Middle Floor: There are 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom on this level.
All bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto the covered balcony.

Lower Level:
The 4’th bedroom, TV lounge and pool are downstairs. The TV lounge has an en-suite bshower room and all rooms have direct access to the pool.

Middle Level:
Bedroom 1: King extra length ized bed and full en-suite bathroom: Large Bath, Double Shower, Toilet. Dressing Room, sea views and large glass sliding doors leading onto the baloncy.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed extra length and en-suite bathroom:  Shower, Toilet. Sea views and doors onto the balcony.
Bedroom 3: X1 Queen extra length sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Sea views and door onto the balcony.

All beds are fitted with luxurious 500 thread Egyptian cotton linen. All rooms have a vanit area with mirror and hairdryer supplied. Outdoor seasting for the terrace is provided.

Lower Level:
Bedroom 4: Spacious kids room with X4 single extra lenght beds which can be made into X2 King sized extra length beds if needed and ensuite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Doors lead out onto the pool.

• Optional cleaning lady available to work. Her wages are excluded from the rate.
• The swimming pool does not have a pool cover, net or fence.
• There are 4 sun loungers to use around the pool.
