Downstairs: Entrance to dining area (seating 6) which leads to the modern kitchen with scullery and small TV lounge (connected to Dual DSTV). Separate TV lounge (PVR DSTV) with doors leading to the pool and patio area which has outside dining (seating 8) with views over the garden and views of the bay. There’s also an outdoor glass enclosed seating area with weber braai overlooking the patio and pool area with lovely views of the sea, lagoon and mountain range.
Bedroom 1 is downstairs. Remaining bedrooms are upstairs Guest toilet downstairs.
Stairs lead up to the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a mini kitchenette prep-area with doors leading onto another patio overlooking the bay. The garden is access via stairs and is at the bottom of the property.
Bedroom 1: Downstairs: King bed en-suite bathroom (Toilet, Shower & bath) with sea views.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs: Queen bed en-suite bathroom (Toilet, Shower and bath) Views of the bay.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs: X2 Single Beds OR Queen bed with views and en-suite bathroom (Toilet & Shower) – please confirm at time of booking if a queen or x2 singles are required.
Guest toilet: Downstairs.
Accommodation & facility check list:
- Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
- Mandatory retainer maid to work Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays). Her wages are excluded from the rental. R220 per day. 8am until 5pm with one hour lunch and two tea breaks. Please provide maid with basic meals and refreshments. Saturdays, Public Holidays and Sundays are on request.
- PVR DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
- Kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer combo.
- 4 plate Electric Hob and Electric oven .
- Swimming pool is not fenced but does have a safety net.
- Gas and weber braais provided.
- The garage is excluded from the rental. Secure driveway parking with 3 carports.
- No pets allowed.
- Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
- Property is connected to an alarm system (operated with a remote); access to property is via gate (remote) and has electric fencing around the property.
- Doors have secure trellidoors and nightlocks on downstairs sliding doors.
- PLEASE NOTE: For allergy sufferers, the property owners have two large dogs which will not be in residence. They are normally kept outside and are not allowed in the house.
