Street Level: Parking, Garage and Driveway. Stairs lead down to the entrance. Enter from the front door into the entrance hall.
Separate kitchen and scullery and open-plan TV lounge (with DSTV) and indoor dining (seating 8) with sea views and doors leading onto the patio with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and braai. There is another dining area upstairs – with a table seating 6, a hot tray and a bar fridge.
There is a separate TV lounge (with DSTV) and two bedrooms are upstairs.
Stairs lead down to the two guest bedrooms downstairs. There is one room which is locked and excluded from the rental.

Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (basic room suited to kids)
