Walk to the beach from this double story holiday house. 200 meters – 2 minutes’ walk to Robberg 2 Beach. Robberg Beach is a 5km sandy beach from the Beacon Island Hotel to Robberg Nature Reserve.
From the street level: Driveway to parking area for 2-3 vehicles. The laundry is to the left of the garage. There is one store room which is excluded from the rental. Front door opens into the entrance hall. On the left is the entertainment room with pool table, darts a semi-separate TV lounge with bar – with 1 under-counter bar fridge. Doors open onto the swimming pool and garden. 3 Guest bedrooms are downstairs. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the entrance, while 4 and 5 are to the left and face the pool and garden.
Stairs lead up to the open-plan TV lounge, mini-bar, indoor dining table seating 10 and well equipped kitchen with separate scullery. Sliding doors open to the outdoor semi-covered patio area with gas braai, outdoor dining table seating 12 and patio furniture. Main and bedroom two are upstairs while the remaining bedrooms are downstairs.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs.
Main: King bed with en-suite bathroom Bath, Shower & Toilet. This bedroom is carpeted and has a ceiling fan. Doors lead out to the patio area. Block-out curtain lining.
Bedroom 2: X2 ¾ beds with en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet. The bedroom is carpeted and has a ceiling fan. Block-out curtain lining.
Bedroom 3: X2 ¾ beds with en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet
Bedroom 4: X1 Single Bed (suited for child only under 12. Wooden bed.) The bedroom is carpeted and had a standing fan. There is a door leading to the patio.
Bedroom 5: King bed. Sliding door leads out to the garden and pool.
Family Bathroom: Shower & Toilet
All bedrooms are carpeted and have standing fans. The bathrooms are tiled.
Accommodation & facility check list:
- Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
- Wi-Fi available and included in the rental.
- DSTV decoder including smart card (DSTV Premium) available & included in rental.
- One cleaning lady included in the rental for weekdays only (8 hours per day). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are optional and extra.
- PLEASE NOTE: This home is not baby, toddler or small child friendly due to the swimming pool. The swimming pool. There is NO safety net and no safety fence.
- The property is equipped with an alarm system, electric fencing and electronic gate.

- Parking: 2-3 vehicles off road behind the garage. The garage parking is excluded from the rental however you are welcome to use it to store your bikes, surfboards, beach chairs etc. The parking is off-street, fenced and un-covered.
- Swimming pool has no net and no fence. Strictly no babies, no toddlers and no small children who are unable to swim.
- Pet Policy: Strict. Pre-application, special terms and conditions and approval is required.
