This spacious and contemporary beach front villa offers a unique location with direct access onto Lookout Beach. Front row views of Lookout Beach, the lagoon and Tsitiskamma Mountain Range. Close to main street, shops & within walking distance of Lemon Grass Seaside Restaurant & Lookout Deck & Restaurant. On-site cleaning staff included in the rental.

Entrance into the 1’st floor of the house: a spacious open-plan TV lounge, indoor dining area (seating up to 16) and modern kitchen all offering front-row views of the Lookout beach & sea. Kitchen is well equipped with separate scullery/pantry.
Large glass sliding doors lead out onto the spacious furnished sea-facing patio and pool area with gas braai/bbq and wood burning fire-place. There are two sun-loungers on the patio. Outdoor dining table (bench style) seating 10. Bedrooms 3-5 are on this level. For cooler months – there is a gas fireplace in the lounge.
Stairs lead up to the top floor – Main and Bedroom 2.
The bottom floor has a small TV lounge and kitchenette, laundry and bedrooms 6-7. These are more basic rooms suited to teens. The parking area is on the ground-floor as well as the staff quarters. Store room with large drinks fridge, ice-cube machine & separate freezer. There’s a small garden area with bench seating overlooking Lookout Beach. There is a private gate accessed from the garden to Lookout Beach. Garden is fully enclosed and has external alarm security beams.

Bedroom 1: King sized bed with sweeping views of the sea and doors leading onto a large private deck overlooking Lookout Beach and the sea. Full en-suite bathroom (spacious): Shower, Bath, Toilet & Bidet.
Bedroom 2: King sized bed with views of the sea and doors leading onto a small juilette balcony overlooking Lookout Beach and the sea. Full en-suite bathroom (spacious): Shower, Bath, Toilet & Bidet.
First Floor: Bedrooms 3-5
Bedroom 3: X2 Single beds pushed together with en-suite bathroom: Shower, Bath & Toilet. No Views.
Bedroom 4: King sized bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Sea views. Doors lead pool patio.
Bedroom 5: X2 Single beds with en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet. No views.
Ground floor: Bedrooms 6-7
Bedroom 6: Double sized bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Views.
Bedroom 7: Double sized bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Views.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and x1 small electronic safe. Bedrooms 1-5 have TV’s. These share the decoder in the lounge and are not independent of each other.
Accommodation & facility check list:
- Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
- Not child friendly: Ages 12+ welcome.
- IMPORTANT: There is a service lift, which is not available for use and is not included in the rental. The lift may be used on arrival and departure for luggage only and to be arranged prior with management company. The roof-top is excluded from the rental.
- Strictly non-smoking home. Preferably non-smoking on the property including the patio and garden areas.
- WIFI may be available- however due to high volumes over holiday season; the signal is intermittent and is not dependable. It’s recommended to purchase a 3G card to access the internet.
- DUAL PVR DSTV decoder including smart card included in rental. X2 Flat-screen TV’s
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, double door fridge& freezer combo, under-counter drinks fridge and microwave.
- 5 Plate Gas Hob & 4 plate electric hob & Electric Oven.
- Laundry is equipped with washing machine & tumble drier.
- Gas braai/bbq and wood burning braai/fireplace available.
- Swimming pool has no net, no fence and is open and uncovered. No children under 12.There is a small temporary moveable fence which may be installed, however this is not 100% secure.
- Mandatory retainer maid/cleaning lady included in the rental from Mondays to Fridays from 8am until 4pm – excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. These days are optional and overtime excluded from the rental. A secondary cleaning lady may be required and not included in the rate – should there be more than 8 occupants at any given time. The cleaning lady will stay on the premises during your stay.
- Covered parking for 2-3 vehicles behind motorized gate. Accessed via driveway.
- Strictly no pets allowed.
- The house has an alarm system with both internal and external security beams. The property is enclosed from the street with fencing and a motorized gate.
- Please note: There is a private store-room on the ground floor. This is not available or included in the rental.
