Spacious and contemporary fully serviced holiday beach villa with access to Robberg Beach, offering great entertaining areas, gorgeous views of the sea.

  • Please note that this property was one which survived the June fires, to the right of this villa, there were numerous holiday homes lost.  There may be building throughout 2018 and 2019.

Entrance opens onto a double volume and open-plan lounge with TV, DVD player and fireplace, dining area (can seat up to 15) and prepping kitchen which is well equipped for entertaining, (all with view of the sea and Robberg).  There is a separate modern kitchen and a laundry.

Large glass aluminum framed doors lead onto the covered patio area (with outdoor furniture and table) and pool area which is decked.  There is a fire-pit as well as a pizza oven. Weber braai available.  Beach path access is passed the pool area.

Guest toilet downstairs.

All bedrooms are upstairs:

Main Bedroom: King sized bed + en-suite bathroom (large bath, shower, separate toilet, heated towel rails). There is a fan as well as under-floor heating for cooler months. Lovely views and doors leading to the balcony.

Bedroom 2:  King sized bed with views and door to patio + en-suite bathroom (Toilet, bath and overhead shower). Views.

Bedroom 3:  X2 Single Beds with door to patio and fan. + en-suite bathroom (Toilet and shower). Views.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds with door to patio. Views + en-suite bathroom (Toilet & Shower) Views.

There is a large wooden latte shutter which can close securely at night, covering the upstairs patio allowing you to sleep with the doors open – perfect for hot summer nights.

Stairs lead up to the viewing deck – which has an outside open-air shower with both hot and cold water and sun-lounger.

Accommodation & facility check list:

  • Linen, bath and beach towels are provided
  • Please NOTE: Property may not be safe for babies/toddlers due to high balconies. Please request photos.
  • Swimming pool is heated and has a safety net. Should you require the net, please confirm prior to arrival.
  • X1 Mandatory cleaning lady is included in the rate for weekdays only. Hours are from 8.00 am until 3.30pm daily. Please provide Rosie with basic lunch items and refreshments. Should there be more than 6 occupants; a second domestic is to be employed at tenant’s cost.
  • DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
  • Kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, X2 dishwashers, microwave, fridge & freezer.
  • There is a small herb garden which you are welcome to help yourself to.
  • 5 plate Gas Hob  and X 1 Gas oven  + X1 Electric Oven
  • Built-in braai (ground braai) and weber braai/kettle bbq on patio.
  • Single Garage parking (opens with remote)
