Enter from the driveway into the spacious open-plan living area with stylish sitting room and TV, modern kitchen with separate scullery and indoor dining seating up to 12 guests. Stairs lead down to the bar and another TV room with doors leading onto the pool, braai and garden area. The bar has an ice machine and drinks fridge and large flat-screen TV.
Doors lead from the indoor dining area onto the covered patio with patio cushions and patio table.
Stairs lead down to the garden and pool which has lovely afternoon sun!
There is one guest bedroom and bathroom downstairs with two doors (you can access from the living area or from the bedroom).
The master bedroom and remaining two guest bedrooms are upstairs along with a tv lounge on the landing.

- Secure parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is unfortunately unavailable.
