Street Level/Garage level: Enter into the open-plan dining area and TV lounge with large flat-screen TV and DSTV with views out over the bay. Doors lead to the sea facing patio with outdoor dining and gas braai overlooking the pool and garden. The kitchen is semi-open plan with separate scullery. The main bedroom is upstairs with remaining bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 4 has its own door accessed from the pool area.
Note for babies and toddlers: The stairs to the downstairs area are open and not little people friendly.
Main bedroom: (UPSTAIRS) King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom : Bath, Shower & Toilet. Dressing room. Sea views.
Remaining Bedrooms are downstairs:
Bedroom 2: King bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Doors lead to the covered patio with pod-chairs to enjoy a book or the view.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet. Doors lead to the covered patio area as bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: This room has its own entrance – accessed from the pool area. Mini kitchenette leads to the bedroom with sofa and air-con. King size bed with full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.

- DSTV explorer decoder including smart card available & included in rental. Large flat-screen TV & DVD player.
- Kitchen equipped with 5 plate electric glass hob, double oven (Defy Gemini Thermofan), LG microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer combo – double door – LG Express.
- Scullery: Equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

- Wi-Fi may be available.
- Swimming pool is not fenced but has a safety net. Please confirm prior to arrival to ensure it’s fitted for your arrival.
- Garage parking for one to two vehicles. Parking behind garage for two to three vehicles. Parking at south west side of property.
- Non-smoking home.
- Mandatory cleaning lady, to work for tenants Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Her wages are included in the rental. Should you require her services afterhours or on weekends and or public holidays, please negotiate and pay her directly.
