Glass folding doors lead to the sea facing patio with outdoor dining table and gas braai as well as outdoor patio furniture – this overlooks the pool, pond, garden and the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with separate scullery. There is one guest bedroom downstairs.
Main bedroom: King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom : Bath, Shower & Toilet. Sea views. Ceiling fan.

- DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental. Large flat-screen TV & Sound System – with speakers on the covered sea-facing patio. The TV in the main bedroom upstairs connects to the same channels as the TV downstairs.
- Kitchen equipped with 5 plate gas hob and electric oven (Smeg). LG microwave. X1 Retro fridge/freezer combo.
- Scullery: Equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
- Built-in gas braai and patio furniture provided.
- Wi-Fi available to hire. Min R500. This is valid for 3-14 days and is uncapped.
- Swimming pool is not fenced but has a safety net. Please confirm prior to arrival to ensure it’s fitted for your arrival.
- The garage parking is unavailable as they are used as the owners’ personal stores. Parking behind garage and on the driveway for two to three vehicles.
- Non-smoking home.
- Mandatory cleaning lady, to work for tenants Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Her wages are excluded from the rental
